- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If I could leave no star, I would. My son broke his femur, we were transported to Springfield (about 2.5 hours from home). Upon our release, the Springfield hospital called and set up a delivery for my sons wheelchair and walker to be delivered to our house before we got there, as he cannot get out of the vehicle without both of these things. They called me and asked when I was coming to pick it up when we were on our way home claiming they weren't notified of the delivery, which makes absolutely NO sense because I had to call them THREE HOURS PRIOR to let them know who would be home to sign for these items. It took them over 30 minutes to "locate their driver" and they never even called me back to let me know any further information. On top of all of this, Song was extremely rude during every encounter we had. If you have the choice, use a different medical supply company, because this one obviously does NOT have their stuff together.
