- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪It's sad to see how a seemingly high end facility can be ran like a ghetto by the management in place. Many CNAs have left because they're treated with disrespect, they're harassed if they sit for even 10 minutes when working double shifts. The new CNAs fresh out of school are thrown into the job without any instruction and the ones with more tenure have been leaving because of the poor treatment and they often don't get paid for all the overtime they work. I would not use them to take care of my loved ones. In-home care is best even if you can only afford part time support.November 10, 2017by Wendy Culwell
