  I've been seeing Dr. Karla since she first became a dentist in the old part of Rogers. Karla is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. Both my boys were raised going to her and now that they have families they go as well. Karla is a professional but at the same time very personable, she has the best personality and has always done a fantastic job. I've had to have a crown done in the past and yes she referred me to a dentist that handles that. Professionally, she can't perform a service if she is not liscensed for it. I believe that's considered illegal. Karla can be hard to get in to see, to me that means she's a great dentist. I'm not sure that would be considered a flexibility issue. There has been times when she has tried to work us in and it didn't pan out and yes she had to cancel my appointment, but she tried. You never know how long it will take with each patient as each one generally has a different issue. So yes, it can be difficult working people in. If Karla refuses to do something to a tooth, maybe it's because she doesn't feel that's the best thing for it. I personally applaud her by standing by her decision, should she do what she feels is not correct and it turns out bad then that patient is going to be upset, so it's kind of danged if you do and danged if you don't. As for her office help I've never had any issues, not saying others haven't. However, sometimes if your a demanding person or hateful to them they will probably be not so kind to you. You never know what's on someone's plate. I'm not suggesting that's a reason to be hateful but there is two sides to every story. All in all, I have not had any bad experiences. It hasn't always gone my way but there are reasons for that. If I didn't care for my dentist, doctor, etc. I would would find another one, there are tons of them plus it beats trying to ruin there reputation/ career. I find it hard to believe Karla would be disgruntle to anyone. Personally I have better things to do with my time than to race home get on my computer, IPhone, etc. and say something negative about someone. Crap, just go to a different dentist. It's pretty much a no brainer and then to suggest there was something fishy about her referrals. REALLY? Why would someone even think of doing such, just because Karla is busy and couldn't work them in. She's a Dentist and a dang good one. Obviously if you can't get an appointment with her someone must like her. I tend to schedule my next appointment while I'm there. I do that with my hairdresser as well. Just sayin! I would recommend Karla to anyone.
